There are definitely fewer of them, but you do still get them. You also get a bunch of really noisy garbage trucks early in the morning.

Thanks for the info. I really wish they would move those containers out by rail to a facility outside the city where they could be transferred to trucks that would then be able to exit directly to the highway. I thought there was a proposal to do just that a few years back but haven't heard a thing about it since.

The garbage truck issue is something I've noticed when staying in a lot of cities, so there's probably not a solution to that except for everybody to reduce their garbage, I guess...

Yeah I think that's a general city issue. I guess you could eliminate some of it with electric garbage trucks and backup cameras instead of "beep beep beep", but you're not going to get rid of the clang of dumpsters unless you switch to a pneumatic tube garbage system or something.

If I can count correctly, this one is topped out? Except for the architectural detail on the rooftop. Hopefully it isn't as big of a disappointment as the curved "sleek glass" curtain wall

Based on the renderings, there is the podium plus 17 floors, and then the double height penthouse. So I think there is one more full level to go plus the penthouse.

So is this really more of a 22-24 story building (depending how the podium floors and the penthouse are counted?) It's still noted in the title of this thread as 21.

The rendering below was previously posted by someone123 (I am not sure of the source). The number of floors occupied from Hollis Street is 21 floors, however it will appear more like 22 - 23 because of the glass faced mechanical penthouse and tall curved section, which extend above 66 meters.
