Agreed, or at least taller than Nexen .. It's great looking building but won't particularly stand out in the skyline because of the height.

It's a reclad - 450 W 33rd St - is or was at one point HQ of Associated Press. Built on top of Penn Station railroad tracks/yard. Lots of similarities to Place Bonaventure in Montreal. Reclad = RIP Brutalism

Just spoke to some foremen at BROOKEFIELD PL. Told me the erecting of the huge Crown is starting next week Great news Was told it will be SPECTACULAR
