One thing about residential buildings is that they tend to have lower ceiling heights than office buildings. 1801 Hollis is 22 floors and 87 meters. If the thread title is still correct, this one's only going to be 72 meters despite having about the same number of floors.
72 meters is still fairly tall in the context of downtown Halifax though.

And I can't find an exact quote but I believe the 72m count doesn't include the architectural feature on the top that actually goes past the height limit of the site
Based on the rendering there are 17 regular stories above the podium plus the double-height penthouse; so 3 more stories plus the penthouse (another 50 feet or so to go).

You might well be yawning if you are a resident there as I suspect the raucous noise of container trucks crashing over the uneven surfaces of Hollis and Water Sts. will definitely impair one's ability to get a sound sleep.

As someone who lives on Hollis... it's not bad at all with the windows closed. With the windows open though, it's crappy. I've considered getting a heat pump just so I could close my windows in the summer.

I was under the impression that they don't run all night, though, as I don't recall seeing much heavy truck traffic in the late hours of the evening when I've been there. Is that true?
