I love this tower! What a stunner. I'm picky and don't actually love that many of the buildings going up right now (although I love that they ARE building). But this one truly looks great.

New One Way Sign

Looks like FMC employees weren't aware that Walnut street is one way . The construction team was nice enough to make it clear though....

Are we at the top yet?

The growth has been interesting in that the proportion looked awful until it hit that sweet golden ratio.

Does your friend also do shrooms? That's some heavy HDR right there.

It appears the core forms are removed. Either a change is going on or the core is topped out.

Probably the latter. I count 47 finished floors in the photo posted yesterday by shadowbat2, so we're very close to the highest occupied floor being completed.

As I headed around the Oval today on the way to the VSE, I could see stuff (not sure what) on the lower rooftop. I guess they're going to start working on the terrace there.

^^ I drove up the Schuylkill for the first time in a couple months and agree with the many posters who mentioned how insane that approach now looks. You have all these big buildings in the foreground and background of your view as the expressway navigates north, with them all moving in perspective relative to one another - it's almost dizzying.
