A lot of potential there... I know it's probably a pipe dream given that the big parcel north of Rogers probably has only one owner, but it would be cool to see some more fine-grained development around there to complement the larger Ice District mega-project to the south.

Well in the few documents mentioning that area, its usually filled with mid rises. I don't think the plan is to develop into another tower district.

They've (REDBLACKS) been pretty light on details so far as to how the patio zone will work. It is supposed to be 2 levels (presumably the wood deck level and upper concrete level) and inside the ticketed zone, but they've not released information about whether it's separately ticketed or otherwise.

The difference in construction scale between the pictures in this thread (Rogers Place (entire city district going up) and Mosaic Stadium (massive new stadium with huge roof panels going up), and TD Place's new beer patio (a few pieces of plywood and some dug holes)), is a humorous contrast.
