Ah thx!! I couldn't remember the address. Yeah there are 7 active listings on Mls now and the owner is listed as burrard place residential ltd partnership. So being sold out is pretty much 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵 lol

They were all listed the same day, November 30th so no it's not buyers rescinding

Just looking through the listings... Unit 2001 896 sqft 490.75 strata fees. Seems high for a unit under 900sqft

Scrap what I said and posted earlier...they are actually sold out lol...the unit I posted earlier was actually signed for on Jan 31, 2016.

There are no more active listings on mls and I forgot that realtylink usually takes some time to update itself

Good question. I've been going by at least weekly but it's virtually unchanged since I took this pic in early January. I'm wondering if the old houses might actually remain for a while because they aren't in the first phase.

I emailed them two weeks ago asking when they plan to start. No response. And the calling just went to a message saying they are sold out or something like that

One more of the businesses on burrard have closed, that little restaurant. The only thing open still is the printing shop
