Speaking of which, with all the new developments coming soon over the next decade, has the CTA thought about putting a Clybourn bus line into service to accommodate the growth?

I am glad to see this being built here, and to see that little building with the parking lot go away. I am assuming that they are also banking on some form of future Ashland BRT that may be built along Ashland.
This is kind of a weird intersection, very commercial, but if the price is right, people will live there. There are in fact, people living there already anyway, across the street and across from the BP station.
