There's a 2.9m high curtain wall screen to go on top of the finished level of the cncrete roof slab - so it's effectvely adding another floor to the building.

Height to the top of the concrete structure is currently 254.4m.

Cool, I was under the impression that they were no longer going with the slanted roof. Glad they kept it.

So, since Edmonton posted an update right after my Calgary update, does that mean I get to post something shitty and snide with a massive inferiority complex undertone? Cause that's what seems to happen to me any time I do it.

Nothing against you Dave, you're great. Just wanted to point out some bullshit some of the petty forumers try to throw at me for no good reason.

Way to be the bigger person here Chad.

Not really trying to start anything, just saw my moment to make a point and seized it. I've been the bigger person in too many situations like this on here lately. Enough is enough, every now and then.

Great, well thanks for taking your turn to bring this discourse down this time. We all appreciate it.

Fire a few more shots when things get quiet again just to keep things spicy.

Don't forget to duck out for a few days after then return and act like you had nothing to do with it.

I doubt it. i tend to keep my posts factual and topical.

If you could keep your posts pertinent to the topic at hand and avoid picking completely unprovoked fights like your previous post this would be a much more pleasant community. Additionally people would take you much more seriously when you claimed you were being picked on.

Just a casual observer's $0.02. Do with it what you will.

Yeah, so do I, like 99% of them for the last year or two.

Well since you've historically been the one doing the picking on with your buddies, you would know. Thanks again for the tips, I'll keep it in mind.

3 days later is "right after?"

I didn't know there was a set time limit between when people are allowed to post.

Children, children, you're both wrong. Chad does get a bit too much flak on this forum, so let's get back on topic. Now let's all relax and agree that Whippersnapper shouldn't be a mod in this forum. (Although he might just delete this post as he likes to censor voices of dissent. That or send me a creepy, unwarranted private message.)

Also, question to Chad, is Brookfield being built at a particularly low point of the city? I haven't seen any pictures yet where it strikes me as anything close to a 250m tower. Although I realize that it has a few more floors to go.

While I'd agree that Chad gets picked on by certain posters at times...this wasnt supporting his city. It was nothing more than stirring up shit and making somebody else's' post about him and the "inferiority complex" of those that are jealous of Calgary? Adds nothing to the discussion but passive aggressive stabs and bickering. We have enough of that.

What are you even talking about? There's about one Calgary post for every 10 Toronto posts (no disrespect to the 6, just putting things into perspective), so I think Chad's posts are few and far enough in between. And what I seriously don't get is how so many posters on this forum can have a huge problem with Chad, but nobody has done anything about Whippersnapper, who is far, far more rude and gloating in his posts.
