It'll be interesting to see if they can actually sell those. It's not a good location. I know that stretch of Brighton is all the rage, but it's a LONG LONG ways from coming to fruition. Even then you're tucked off in a weird corner far away from most things. The Riverfront in that area is kind of mess too since we've driven so much of the homeless down the Platte.
It's not Riverfront park...
Then again with the way the housing market is, there is probably a waiting list two miles long already.
