I don't remember tower numbering, but as I recall the middle tower along Willingdon (Tower 3?) was delayed due to negotiation with the city about the community centre, which is why the third tower sold was the middle one along Lougheed (Tower 4?).
I spoke to a city planner about the community centre at the Gilmore project open house. I asked him about a rumour I believe I saw on here about a swimming pool. He said no, it's too difficult to put a pool on an upper level. He did say something about two courts or gyms overlooking the street. He also said it would be a while before it was complete, on the order (if I recall correctly) of 8-10 years. I'm not holding my breath for it, what with Evergreen, Phase 1 and Willingdon Linear Park coming in the next three years.
