As much as I like this project, the window sections with the spandrel feels a little dowdy compared to the rest of the building.

Are you talking about the triangles at each end of the sky bridge or the glass sections on the building?

Those will be covered in tile. It's going to look amazing.

Yes, the spandrel should look final as it will be exposed through the spacing of the tiles. Same detail as is across the window on the bridge section.

100% sure. Can you not look at the renders? Is there something preventing you from doing that? Even the fact that the middle window (which won't be tile covered) has higher quality glass and spandrel than the ones that will be covered in tile should illustrate the fact that something will be done with those windows.

Awesome photos Chad!

I think the wide-angle of the full building looks better with the Salvation army, as I believe the architects took that as a starting point, and created a building that would be balanced with the inclusion of the neighboring structure (a good move in my books).
