According to nephersir7 over at
MtlUrb, this is the latest rendition of Quad Windsor, the mega project by CF in downtown Montreal. It comprises phases 2 and 3 of Tour des Canadiens (49 storeys, 170 meters - one is already on sale); 750 Peel (two office buildings of 170 and 130 meters) and finally the 600 Peel (three residential towers of 210 meters - if the city approve the height). Nothing is confirmed yet, except of course for the Tour des Canadiens 2.
The 3 residential towers would become Montreal's new tallest at 210 meters, if ever it happens.
I do like how sleek the two future phases of Tour des Canadiens look. Montreal needs more glass towers, as we all know. And I like the fact that the city of Montreal strongly encourages developers to avoid protuberant balconies in favour of loggias. Makes the towers look much more sleek.
