Good point. For all the development going on in Osborne Village you sure don't see many obvious signs of it on Osborne itself. I guess things will change with the Osborne Village Inn project and the Confusion Corner office building, and if the Gas Station Theatre project gets off the ground.
It's a little surprising that no one has built a highrise lately in what must easily be Winnipeg's highest-demand urban neighbourhood.
