I've heard anywhere from "they're not even at 100 yet" all the way to "slow, yet steady/reliable momentum". I hope it's the latter.
Regarding the grocer, no major chain (which is exactly what everyone is implying with "grover") would come into town for less than 20,000. There certainly is a market for such a store, especially is SkyCity/TNS/Artis can accommodate a format allowing for online ordering and a pickup window. Daily foot traffic would be strong for sure.
I already regret the fact that my wife will almost certainly make me bring the groceries home all the time if that happens (she has been kind enough to do that all herself so far).
