Grandin Mall Redevelopment.

It seems the Developer is asking for a change. frm 5 shorter tower to 3 taller ones.

This site is currently active with Blocks B and C currently under construction. I should have an updated photo later this week.

Thanks for the reminder about this project. I don't get up to St. Albert much anymore or even really keep up with goings-ons there, despite having lived there most of my life.

Gotta hit up the market this summer for sure.

^^ Thanks! I loved that too, a really great touch. It was really great to sit down with John Day and some of the folks working on this project. Their passion for this building and for Edmonton was inspiring to say the least.

DECL will be out this weekend doing its immediate area and on May 1 our larger cleanup of the rest of Downtown. Please consider joining/assisting us.

Apparently I am developing one of the largest residential projects in the downtown (Massey Harris Redevelopment)...I wish. But I'm involved. The architect is preparing the DP for an early May submission. We decided against doing a pre-consultation at the EDC to a formal for sometimes in June.

Once we've made our formal DP submission I'll share what I can. I can say that it's a big phase.
