Hamilton real estate maps?

I've been having a hard time trying to find real estate data for Hamilton by census tract, especially some kind of visualization ie: colour coded maps indicating average house prices for example. Can anyone point me to where? There's a lot of maps like that for Toronto but they're not very precise. But I'll take anything.Thanks!
