The rooftop, other than its incredible skyline views, now reminds me of the pier at Jersey Shore.
As for the development around Midtown, Azure's staggered balconies look incredible. Yoo's corner units look phenomenal as well. Just curious about how the covered facade will appear.
What I'm more curious about is what Alta will actually look like, as I haven't seen any decent renderings. That and what phase 2 of Azure will look like, as it's said for a while on their fence will be "announced soon".
