Kind of like large swathes of downtown Vancouver...

There's a dark tower next to Gateway Station and the SFU tower by Surrey Central Station. We can't ask for too many statement towers in Surrey just yet - let them build another dozen infill towers first (and at the speed they're moving, that shouldn't take too long).

Can finally see clearly the roof top "box"...(I think a huge water tank). Now it's surely topped out! One more tower to go.

We'll have to wait for them to build a few more towers to see if that's going to happen. If 3 Civic is any example then I'd guess the answer will be no.

King George Station to the right of the cluster may be taller (?)
and there that future oval tower to the left of the cluster.

Yeah The Hub at King George will add variation, as will the Holland Point project across the street, and the 46 Storey tower to the east on 100th. Once all this is done, the area north of 100 and the Central City parking lot/mall will likely begin to be redeveloped as well, with further variation.

This model doesn't show the 46 Storey proposal. It's also missing a proposed 22 storey tower at the corner of 98th/Fraser Hwy and King George that's quite far along in the process.

Roughly a little less than 2000 unit count between all 5 towers once Park Avenue project is complete.

Yeah. It will be nice once the north side of 100th is redeveloped. A fairly large site on 101 and 137A in that area was just cleared this week for a new 6 storey condo building that's about to start construction.

According to the Planning report - 120 & 114m. I think the design has been revised since then though.. the drawings in the report don't show the peaked roofs.

May 2. Not much change in a month, but you can see the crane is now up for the City Centre 2 professional building in the background.

Yes the top mechanical portion in the center is the top of the building (east building). They're just finishing up the top part.

As for the west building, it should be topped out in about 5 months so in September some time likely. If you're asking about actual completion for East (tallest building, left in the frame), we're still likely 4-6 months away from actual completion is my best guess. If someone has purchased a unit their disclosure would say more accurately.

So fall 2016 completion for Tower 1 (East) and Spring 2017 for Tower 2 (West) if I was educated guessing.
