Versace has reported strong 2015 results. The Italian label's revenues for 2015 have grown by 17.5 percent to $709.5 million.

Versace also saw strong market growth in North America, with a 27 percent increase. The brand also reported a lot of success for its trendy Versus Versace label, which is designed by Anthony Vaccarello.

In related news, Versus Versace just entered the U.S. retail market with a store in New York City's SoHo neighborhood. The Italian label also plans to open its second U.S. location in downtown Los Angeles sometime this year.

@Mojeda101 & StethJeff

the slide isn't very long, but it's all glass, so it's an adventure. I remember the time when the observation deck of the Willis Tower's cracked.

It's an amazing project, you can compare it to the "Empire State Building" or the "Rockefeller Center", tourists will love it and we will love it too.

@King Kill 'em

Yes, I will do the same.
It's perfect for some nice pictures, at day and at night.

I might get the pass for 6 visits a year, that's less than 10 Dollars per visit.

Thanks! Much appreciated photos, Hunter.

Anybody know the status of the Garfield Building? Has it sold yet?

Hunter,
How are you getting those pictures? From a drone?

Good guesses. I thought the same thing although I'm leaning towards Broadway because of its location near the fashion district and because that little strip seems to be consistently growing. (Sorry Hunter but I think you may be wrong about this area.)

Just a heads up for out of town visitors--this will be included on the Go Los Angeles Card.

Costco has a great deal on a 4-day card for only $190.

I subscribe to FORTUNE magazine and noticed a 10+ page report of Los Angeles in the Sponsored Content section of this month's edition.

The first photo credits Hunter for the opening visual. Great job Hunter!

Love the State Historic Park video. While I liked it as the semi-green semi-wasteland that it was, it will be very nice when, if ever, it's finished.

As far as Oceanwide project is concerned, since I have not seen the recent activity, what is the opinion of those who have? Is it a robust effort? Whatever happened to the concrete pour scheduled on March 11th? The whole project seems to be going at such a slowed pace much more so than Circa. I wonder whatever happened to stall thew project for those past months

Seeing that picture makes me so happy. How they were once massive parking lots will soon be one of the hottest shopping destinations in the city. I wish Hanzen had broken ground earlier. Seeing all 3 of them rise would've made a great photo. I wonder if Circa will be topped out by the time they do start up.

Cesar and Hunter, excellent, excellent updates!

Mojeda, the Oceanside project should be above ground in 3-6 months (barring any unforeseen delays), so we'll likely see this rise along with Circa - and Phase 2 of Metropolis.
