Personally, I'd like to see Aramark get kicked out of the linc, and taken over by Wendy's.

Last week I tweeted at Kelvin Jeremiah asking him about the prospects of commerical businesses along ridge and if they had begun finding tenants. He blocked me. Like what the heck. Doesn't make me very confident in the redevelopment ha.

The Cosmopolitan - 221 S. 12th Street - Expansion

Looks like 12 or 13 floors and maybe two floors added on top of the current building. Will take out the parking lot next door.

Pathmark went bankrupt and closed, too, so ...

Nothing about this project screams "good idea" at me. Other than imploding and replacing Sharswood Homes, of course.

I think is the perfect scale, allows extended access and connection of SG to the river, seems to address Columbus with a decent street wall. Maintains some green space

I assume parking is underneath at grade, mostly fine

Is there any retail on SG? To me does not have to be full street wall just enough to break it up. Also at the end of SG where it meets the river could be a great place for a restaurant and café with some outdoor seating.

All in all I will take this very much the Blat lot further south that is proposed

Interesting - those are renderings from Jan 2014 - are they confirmed the ones going forward (so far)?

From what I have been told, the lobby is the only area of the buildings interior that they are going to keep and restore.

someone on facebook with more information about this project says that the scale is the same (ie...not tall buildings), but this is not the current/final plan for the site.
