Well...
1. The Chinese don't really give two flying whatevers about our NIMBY problems and
2. I'm fairly sure that at this point of the negotiating process, Ms. Brewer wouldn't like be seen as the instigator of an international dustup via any comment she would otherwise not hesitate at all to make.
I mean if any of you think she's really that stupid...Just saying.
