Atlantis has the best hours downtown, but they are also the closet to The Globe, all the hotels and all the bars in the core. They have a reasonable chance at some walk-by traffic later in the evening.

The Lobby is open regular house and they have a residential neighbourhood around it.
It's not downtown even as an excuse. If I can't walk to over to it at 7PM on a Saturday night, what is the point? If you've opened a restaurant or coffee shop and expect to work 5 days a week 9-5 you've entered the wrong damn industry.
Also the lattes. Good god what a mess.
