Isn't there a CVS directly across the street?? That's the one part of Peachtree that really doesn't even need this QT. JMO

the thing QT brings to the table is quickserve food options. Think of this more like a 7 eleven or lawson's.

I wonder about the overlap too, but I'm sure they've done their research. The food selection in that CVS isn't stellar and that's what QT's main draw is. I think both can survive side by side... it's probably more of a competitor to Newk's, Starbucks, etc.

It's the same reason why you usually see Panera, Chilis, and/or Applebees nearby each other in OTP markets. Retailers/Restaurants prefer semi-competitors to be nearby because it brings the clientele traffic to a grouping of options rather than no options in a more remote location - it's an increase in foot traffic that often benefits both.

Crescent Lenox

Interesting that Crescent Communities is showing a different renderings for the Crescent Lenox project. While we all know construction starts are almost always delayed it's stating October 2016 for construction to start.

Agreed. I think it would add value to Midtown in general, not just Spring/W. Peachtree. While Midtown lately has a few notable developments/proposals (Peachtree & 3rd, Hanover, Modera...), far too often others (Alta, 33 Peachtree, 880 W. P...) seem stale. Buckhead's proposals however have seen a rise in design quality. I'm hoping the Yoo on Peachtree project has a little more flair. Not sure what to expect though, as the location appears to be at the same lot as 1138 Peachtree. Either way, grateful to see density and hope we account for more mixed use in the area. I'd also like to see more high-rise infill and dining options near Piedmont Park.

It looks like he website for Atlantic House has been disontinued - a pity, because one could see the development of W peachtree and 14th as well.

I remember it was delayed for a couple of days some months back. It'll probably refresh again soon.

Hopefully it'll be up and running again soon. This has happened a few times before where the camera cuts out for a couple days.
