That's awful. The old Sutton Place was one of the best (only) mid-century modern commercials skyscrapers in Toronto. It looked straight out of midtown Manhattan circa 1965. The "Britt" rendering looks like an instantly dated mishmash.

The Edmonton Professional/Intact building is a pretty bad transition too.
