Apparently since the HPCC will be developed by Portman, this development will have to go through the normal permitting process so it will be a while before the project breaks ground.
It's nice the HPCC will have all underground parking and a lot of retail. I just don't like the way the retail appears to be inward facing. The student tower on the other hand, will have 10-story deck which seems odd for student housing.
