There are no condos at Telus Sky, only rental apartments and office space.

Great photo Caltrane. I like the glass, personally. I was worried the building would end up looking like a clone of the 4 Seasons.

I actually really like the narrow panes and numerous mullions, it seems to be a nod to the building's previous facade.

They need to build the office space to satisfy their lease with Telus. That said there is nothing I know of stopping them from capping after the office floors and waiting for the multi-unit market to return.

Exactly my worry, same with Edmonton's Stantec Tower.

I don't they they will be capping anything, but anything in development that is a relatively large project, might be at risk...

But, that's another story.....

Capping is unlikely with either Westbank or WAM. If things get worse though over 2016...

The residential half of Telus Sky is a large project that technically isn't under construction yet. Still more than a year to go. Contracts may not have been locked yet. The top floor is office space or office amenity space. Allied may be obliged to deliver those or something similar to avoid penalties.
