I love the tower, the podium/glass is top quality, but sadly the crown became a victim of "The Cheapening". It was supposed to be enveloped with a criss-cross pattern bracing.

You would probably have found my comment not that funny if you had taken the time to read it in its context. I was responding to a comment made about the lower floors. I have seen the building in person many times and believe me, the lower floors will not see much sun at all.

Only the east side of the tower will be blocked. There's considerable space on all other sides isn't there? Although not much, but enough for some light to come in.

Je comprend pas trop l'argument, peu importe la tour construite à cet endroit, il y aurait eu de l'ombrage quand même. Le fait que ce soit Le Paterson ne change absolument rien.

It is not a similar design, or an interesting elaboration on the design theme seen in Aqua. It's an epigone.

It's also, as noted, a filler building on a weird street that's basically an alley, so it's no huge setback. But let's be real.
