New YMCA and Library for Vaughans new Downtown. Will have some office space up top too when finished.

It will be beside the new YRT bus terminal for the subway extension, which is currently part of the walmart parking lot. I believe there is a large public parking garage getting built behind it too.

Wow! Love the simplistic look to Balliol Residences, something we don't see much of being built, 475 Yonge looks crazy good aswell! Alright podium with some sexy towers, reminds me of a MUCH better version of the Absolute twisty towers in Mississauga (although those towers were located on a terribly configured busy intersection)

I'm absolutely loving the renders of 475 Yonge Street. Although I would definitely turn it 180 and have the back "Northeast view" facing Yonge, and the front "Southeast view" in the back. The northeast view is where all the action is and it looks far more interesting and dramatic from that view.
