Found this photo online from the Concrete Contractors Assn. of Phila. It's from December but great shot. Don't remember seeing it before.

Sorry, with the picture quality you can hardly see it in the distance.

Great shots! The glass is moving upward! Already working on the next floor! Looks like they're progressing like 3 floors in less than 2 weeks. The construction crew has been working Saturdays and Sundays too. I notice on the web cam, the little elevator cabs going up and down pretty much all day.
Are they that far behind that they need to work weekends? or there's a deadline that HAS to be met, or I wonder if they get perks for finishing ahead of time? Either way, this project has to be the fastest progressing project this city is used to seeing!

Does anyone know how much of the office space will be filled by FMC? Would there be enough room for another large company to move in as well?

FMC's got about 250,000 sf of the 636,000 sf (ish) of space. UPenn leased some of the lower floors. There's a little under 250,000 sf still up for grabs in the middle floors (about 5-15) which Brandywine is working aggressively to fill. We should be hearing another round of leases for this building soon (i'd heard another 100,000 sf or so, which means there'd still be 5 or 6 floors left after that for more tenants). So yes, room for another large user or several medium sized.

So the cutouts/doorways(?) of the core on the northern side are right at the edge of the apartment floors. What's the point of the cutouts?

This is right off of Rt. 561 (Berlin-Haddonfield Rd.) on the Voorhees/Gibbsboro border, right?

Edit:
Answer my own question.
Yes.
