Clearly not! That's closer to flying over Kangerlussuaq, not Nuuk.

Wow those numbers are insane!

International growth of 17%??

The details are even more nuts:
Europe up 11%
Misc Intl' up 15%
ASIA UP 19%!

It's the Asia one that really gets me, that number was huge to begin with, so a nearly 20% increase on a quarter million passengers is just massive.

Just to put it into perspective, that's almost an entire month of intl widebody passengers at YYC added to Asia alone.

YXE awarded most improved airport in North America in 2015.
Also $53 million in terminal expansion last year helped for recording the best on-time performance of any airport in the country.

That's good to read for CYXE. I flew through there last summer and was impressed with the terminal. Not huge, but spacious enough with a fair number of options for food.

No bitching about ticket prices in the south. This is going to help my flights later this year.

Yeah YVR just went crazy in January for Int'l and a 6.6% overall increase was just excellent. Transborder at YVR ground to a halt with just a tiny gain. YYC international had surprisingly strong growth in January. But both YYC and YEG had abysmal Transborder results for January.
