Don't see a problem with it. Good competition for TJX if they survive.

Stantec Tower, Edmonton:

The piling rig is out of the pit now, progress from here on should be much more visible!

Remember when I said that Brookfield place would finish before One Bloor East?

lol! looks like I'll be right about that...(Chad and WS you can keep your money, it's ok, I don't want it.)

Ramko on the money

Right on One Bloor East, Wrong on 1 - 7 Yonge Starting before it finished up

I see you're smoking the good stuff once again. How can you possibly reach that conclusion?

Podium and balconies? Brookfield is moving way faster. Pretty obvious it will be finished before One Bloor.

With only 32m to go on Brookfield it's looking a lot bulkier then I had thought. Maybe it's just the angle of the last picture shown.

One Bloor is structurally complete and 90% enclosed. Brookfield is still rising and maybe 50% enclosed.

Does it really matter that Brookfield's structure is being erected at a fast pace when One Bloor's concrete structure is already complete?

I give One Bloor 12 more months and it'll be in the hands of the condo corp. Brookfield is closer to 20 months before tenants can build out their spaces.

Balcony glass will take a while, I was hoping the podium would be open before the tower was complete. Doesn't look like that will happen here..
