Cool pics EP. Love this last one. Nothing more attractive than a tasteful mix of historic and contemporary.

Thanks for the pics, EP. After a terrible week of inversion, downtown is beautiful this morning

If there is no entry for the building, you can request it be added in the Diagrams & Database section of the forum. If you mean the drawings, you can draw them yourself, or request for someone else to draw them.

I have been intending to draw more but have not had the time lately.

Future Mayor,

Just Curious...Do your calculations account for the condo units that have been combined. For example, I know that the condominium plats for both the Richards Court, and 99 West have been amended a few times. These combinations should impact the percentages.

Richards Court Amendments:

1. Combined 3 units on level 10 (West Building) into 1 unit.
2. Combined 2 units on level 3 (West Building) into 1 unit.
3. Combined 2 units on level 4 (East Building) into 1 unit.

Promontory - 99 West:

1. Combined 4 units on levels 28 & 29 into 2 units.
2. Combined 8 units on levels 4,7,22 and 25 into 4 units.

Now another question .... do you think that City Creek Reserve Inc factors in the combined units in thier percentages when they look at how soon to build the Cascade (Tower 2)?

Yes, my numbers take into account combined units. If there is a number missing on the County assessors site, compared to the numbers on the original diagram on City Creek Living. I count that as sold. Or if there is one unit number for a floor, such as 1800, I count all units from floor 18 as sold.

The haphazard look of those shades on 222 ruins the clean aesthetic of the actual building.

We will see well over 1 skyscraper every decade, as I've been saying I anticipate a new one every 3-4 years, including office, hotel, and residential. If we bid and are awarded the 2026 or 2030 games, that number will increase to a new one every 2-3 years.

Hold on folks, we are in for some serious growth.

As an architect, I like this approach better (if those are the only two options considered). It gives a feel of human interaction that the building doesn't provide otherwise. Things that are too clean seem and often are fake. That's why I like the west side of Salt Lake better than main Street.

I agree. 222 looks alive, like things are getting done. Too many office buildings look like no one is home(or everybody is at home, I guess).

You know what I mean

I went to lunch with my friend that works in the Wells Fargo building and she was telling me that because Wells Fargo wants to reduce the floors it uses, they are going to add a second floor in some of the atriums in the Wells Fargo.

RAD! I had an independent contractor in my back yard pulling specs off the telephone pole claiming to work for GF. This is a huge deal and we are waaaaaay late to the bandwagon.

They did my street last fall. I still haven't received a notification that I can get service yet though.
