This is separate from NLand Surf Park, right? Any guesses as to where this resort would go?
Seems like water parks and resorts wouldn't do well in a place that routinely goes through droughts and isn't sure how it'll handle the massive population growth during future droughts. The Lane City Reservoir will definitely help.
