It's still a Take 5 Cafe. There is filming happening in that plaza regularly so it would have been for that.

Interesting how Ultra is completely hidden in that shot, making it look like it wouldn't even be back there.

Yeah, I will reserve a final judgement until I see more...but so far this has to be one of the uglier buildings going up in the region.

I personally like the look of this building, even the black and white spandrel portion. The D'cor tower across the street is what I would call ugly.

This is turning out a lot better than I expected. The gray/blue/white color scheme seems pretty well coordinated.

5 floors to go looks like, so like Park Avenue East, topped out minus mechanical early March.

Tower is starting to look good, especially when driving westbound on 104th toward the city centre.

I think due to ongoing construction in the area. They limit the number of projects that are allowed to be worked on at once.

There is only 1 tower on this site. Phase 2 will be the 2 towers in the title of this thread, and located across the street on the site in red below. It's hard to say for sure, but I'd expect this next phase to start moving by next year once Phase 1 is completed.

There is no second tower. The project across the street originally also called "University District" is 2 towers. This one is 1 tower. So ultimately both projects = 3 towers.

The 2 towers will be located where the current sales center is and will be followed up by other phases to apparently add a total of 6 more towers between University and King George (up to the TD bank).
