Another Platte Street project, this one at 15th Street where Vitamin Cottage/Natural Grocers is located. 133k of office and 14.6k of retail. Planned for 3rd quarter of 2018.

Sad to lose a grocery store at that location.

It is... but that Vitamin Cottage occupies a very prominent location, it was practically inevitable.

Are you guys getting more luxury brands out there or is it like Utah with Vegas where people just travel somewhere else to buy their Cartier and Luis Vuitton?
Rent is actually going down. True story.

Would have been killed by Whole Foods being so close anyway.

That's good news. I guess the supply of houses and new apartments finally caught up with the demand?

Nah, just a bunch came online at once. It's not a long term trend, it's one month of year-on-year data. They'll keep climbing. Unless there's also an income threshold we're pushing up against.

It doesn't appear so.

The city was electric last night. The funnest night I may have ever had. Thankfully it wast mostly peaceful too (except for the idiots on 16th apparently). We went up to the bars on Market after the game and the street party was just awesome. Denver showed itself well last night for sure.
