Someone used to have an old topcites site about Stapleton, but it died. Got a
2005 capture of that site from the wayback machine, though.
Here's a good one:
Probably the fall of 1982, judging by the foliage and surroundings. Cash Register is nearly done, and it would open in 1983. Republic Plaza is about halfway built, and it opened in 1984. 1801 California is done, and it opened in 1982. Plus you can see Texas Air and Continental Airlines; the two airlines would
merge by 1983.
