I was near the art museum going across the SG bridge and this building was very prominent in the horizon. Because of the way the river curves it is directly south of the bridge and it will alter this view significantly. It's interesting to see the vantage points from which these new towers will become significant presences as they rise.

I live by KOP, so I only just saw the construction in person this weekend. The pics in this thread didn't prepare me for the scale of this thing. Its gonna be very visually dominating driving down 76.

They are about halfway on the steel already here. Great progress. Can't wait to see what it will look like when the glass starts going up. This will probably be topped out by mid summer, if not before.

My number one pet peeve about Philadelphia. They're so invasive.

I wish neighborhoods could vote on a precinct level to self impose taxes (sort of like temporary assessments) to do things like bury wires underground. I'd totally pay up for that.
