Here are a couple along those lines:

On Barrington
On Agricola

This style of wood "motif/detailing" is also becoming more popular for infill. I could probably find many better examples but I'm on my phone right now and google maps is tricky on it.

We only have two downtown that I'm aware of. One isn't even a separate building - it's just some weird renovation to the side that I'm surprised the Heritage Committee allowed:



And the other was a former lane that was filled in with a building expansion:
