A tower this height should really have 4 1000-1200fpm 3500lb cars with a express zone through the retail/non residential areas. Will probably end up with just 3 cars though, sqft is sellable and elevators cost the project money.

This being said, I wouldn't buy if it only had 3...When one goes down, bring a snack before you get to street level/your car.

I'd expect separate lobbies and elevators for the tower and office/retail areas.

Yeah, I'm renting.

One of the elevators is currently being completely replaced and the other will be replaced next month when the work on the first is done. Not cheap stuff to do.

there are 3 elevators for the lower portion, 3 elevators for 27 and up where only 1 elevator is shared between the two portions so 5 elevators in total for the tower

I walked by today and they are currently constructing base for a red crane. The first piece was already in place, so we should have this officially U/C in a week or two.

Had a bit of a chuckle when the impressive camera on top of the large security array swivelled around to check out this crow, that thing is probably powerful enough to see my nose hairs as I stood on the bridge ramp:

That looks to me like a total station - a surveying device for remotely checking elevations/etc.

expensive piece of equipment to be left out in the weather. They used to be in the 10 000 of dollars. This is going to be an impressive building
