Quick photo update

AMLI Apartments Lenox:
On the left, you can see the deck for the mid-rise apartments. This building has units fronting Roxboro

Tower is rising up:

Overall, this entire development feels and looks very thought-out. The grading, new grid, and park help out tremendously.

Brookwood Square Apartments:

One Museum Place:

Yoo:

Atlantic House:

White Provision Retail Expansion:

I wonder if plans have changed for this project.

Three Alliance is moving up faster now, but it is still remarkable how much material they have lying around on the work surface. I think we are not so used to seeing this in Atlanta construction sites because there is usually an empty space nearby to park construction materials. The Alliance site looks like my basement workroom! Where did I put that wrench?

Whats happening on the corner of North Avenue and Argoone? They demolished the building and looks like they're digging up dirt as if they're about to construct something.

A developer wants to build something at 600 Arnold St (North Ave near Ponce City Market). I guess this is the 525 North Ave proposal?

Correct.

If you look on the 525 North site (http://525north.com/) the renders show a rough massing of the phase 2 portion of the project grayed out. This will go a long way to cleaning up the mess along Boulevard

Well it's great news that they're moving forward with planning and permitting for phase II - they must feel pretty confident about phase I!

Are we sure this permit isn't for phase 1? 600 Arnold St. NE looks like the location of Phase 1, IMO.

I'm not sure, because they parcel numbers listed don't exist. They all have one extra number.

The parcel numbers are referencing 505, 511, 515, 521, and 525 North Avenue parcels with 600 Arnold Place (the burned out apartment building).

This is for both phases indicated in the renderings.

You can search parcel numbers on Atlanta's newer (and MUCH BETTER) interactive GIS maps.

There is no permitting underway for Phase 2. They don't even know what it's going to be at this time. Trust me, I am their zoning consultant.

Construction started on next phase of Perimeter Summit, saw it from the MARTA. So many trees bulldozed .

Transwestern is predicting more office construction moving forward this year: https://www.bisnow.com/atlanta/news/comm...oly-cow-2016-looks-good-for-office-54540

Hopefully that will include Tower Place phase 2
