As a side note, the differences in the positioning and treatment of the Quebec and Halifax Citadels are quite striking. Are there any restrictions on developments around the Citadel/Assemblée?

We don't see enough of Toronto on this forum. I think it's underrated.

This one looks a bit like Sao Paolo, but boxy. Boxy in a good way? I'm not sure.

This is nice and gritty, but you have to shake your head at that little patch of grass in front there. We may be living in the city, Edna, but our people are from County Cork, where the fields are green. We'll have our grass, and nobody can stop us.

Yeah, I suppose. My point was just that we shouldn't brag at our cities being perfectly safe for everyone, as they unfortunately are not.

On the positive side, I'm more and more impressed by Toronto for density and height.
