Haven't actually heard any announcements about what will open there, but technically speaking, they will be at the refurbished portion of the Fortis building rather than Trump Tower itself.

The only store that I know of (so far) is a men's shop called Stefano Ricci. It will be the only one in Canada (there are only 2 in the US). It sells very expensive men's wear.

One other tenant is Equinox Gym but that's going to take the upper floor.

There could very well be more retail in addition to this!

I assume that they'd have UK/Canadian zippers!!!
(i.e. for men, insert piece on the right and pull on the left)

It drives me nuts when I find a nice jacket and the zipper is US/unisex (which are opposite).

Apparently over by the food court. I should go to that end of the mall as the directory says there's a new Nintendo store near Toys R Us too.

Kit and Ace angered neighbours by eating up metered parking spaces for a valet parking service in Kits:

... but it's still advertised on their website:

The article said 1 spot, but I would expect 2 if the cars "pull in" .

That Prada hoarding had been an urban blight for a few weeks now it's about time they cover it up with nice prints. By the way, this Prada store is huge compared to others around, and I believe it's 2 storeys?

BIV article on the Edward Chapmans stores.

Edward Chapman Ltd. (the menswear company) owns the building next to The Exchange (on Pender) and won't be moving any time soon.
