There certainly can be a benefit from a system like this. If even 500 people decided to use it, the drive down Herring Cove Rd to the rotary would become easier and ostensibly the drive down Quinpool and/or Oxford would become easier as well.

Trebuchets would probably be cheaper, though the insurance might be a bit more expensive.
