I think that Gardener one needs to be labeled something bigger than a Canyon.

Lucky Downtown Toronto gets the canyonization, whereas out in the sprawly parts of London, we have rampant Miltonization. Anti-canyons consisting almost exclusively of power centres and parking lots.

Maybe it's the lack of life? The city looks empty, how nice would that be for a day or two to have the place to yourself.

I'm shocked at how well Picasso turned out. From the renderings I thought it would end up being a hideous spandrel laden pile. Is the cladding precast or???

I think it's clad with metal panels. That might be the only shot of it I've seen where I don't hate it. It's not a building that I find attractive but I can understand why others may like it.
