Budgetary concerns? Timing? etc? Do you think that every project has unlimited funds or something or that nobody ever underestimates budget?

It really is sick as fuck. It was cool that Ralph Johnson actually came to the meeting and spoke about the design. The riverwalk looks awesome and will include a new river taxi stop. All of the landscape improvements will be included in the first phase, which will include one residential tower, with others to follow.

May just be the style of the rendering but it reminds a good bit of Manchester. A Media City/ Salford Quays kind of aesthetic.
