Boston Properties has proposed a 1.1 million-sq.-ft. mixed-use development for San Francisco’s Central SoMa neighborhood.

The urban campus includes a 240-foot-tall tower and a 130-foot-tall midrise. Plans allocate more than 1 million square feet for office space and 9,900 square feet for retail; an additional 53,600 square feet is proposed as flexible space.
