This second paragraph is what is called special pleading, or pushing the goalpost... Asking someone for side effects, then saying those ones don't count, because youth don't use drugs, or the use of their drug goes down... It's still a side effect.

You said you don't need to be educated. So I won't.

Sometimes it's just best to step away. You asked, I answered. You asked again, I answered again. I don't have time to continue to find answers for you. And you don't seem to like my answers anyways. So I think I'll be done with this and we can agree to disagree.

Interesting conversation though.

Free tax money to the government that won't effect me? No, I'd be very happy if it was legalized... But it still needs to be controlled, much like every other drug to some extent or another.

And can you link to a study done about no changes to use for adolescents/youth? I work in youth outreach and community development and would like to read on it.

CTV News stated that Saskatchewan will receive approximately 2500 Syrian refugees: 1000ish for Regina; 1000ish for Saskatoon; 500ish for MJ & PA.

That's quite a few for SK if there are to be 25,000 total.

^ Yeah, wow, that is a lot. I think MB is on board for around 2000, most of whom I would imagine will end up in Winnipeg. Impressive when you consider that two provinces with less than 10% of the population will end up taking on nearly 20% of the refugees.

I suppose the argument to be used here is that these two provinces have more space for them or something along those lines.

Manitoba's high tax rates were actually a major influence in my decision to stay in Ontario in 2012. While we like to complain a lot in Ontario about being overtaxed, our tax burden is below the Canadian average. I'd be paying a higher tax rate even if I lived in Alberta.

I am half surprised Brad Wall did not try to get the entire 25,000 refugees into Saskatchewan just to boost the population numbers.

Drop a million refugees into Saskatoon and all of a sudden we are as big as Calgary.

Actually Premier Wall of Saskatchewan gets that someone has to actually pay for the refugee's to stay and probably for awhile, that seems lost on Selinger, 6 straight years of deficits and plans to borrow more this year should really sink Manitoba into a deep hole, and this nitwit says he would have a balanced budget in 2019!

If any family or individual managed their personal finances like Selinger manages Manitoba's they would have been bankrupt years ago, how and why people voted for this clown shows that the majority of Manitobans are living in fantasyland.

Shifted over from Dcondo thread... Some of the other high potential urban form streets, even if run down.

Selkirk, Regent (downtown Transcona portion), Ellice, Sargent, portions of Stafford, Academy, Roblin, St. Anne's, Watt, Marion/Goulet, Provenchier, and I have some hope for Raleigh/Gateway... Any others you could think of?

One that we missed was Isabel from Notre Dame to Logan. It has a good ethnic feel.
