Bob Preston is the architect, he also did the Spire Midtown, the Eclipse Buckhead, and the Ovation Buckhead. This will begin at the corner of Terrace at Peachtree and run south.
It's a 19 story mixed-use apartment building, fronting Terrace. It will take out the 1905 book bindery building (now an antiques store), Burger King, and DWR.
