What's the architectural term for those loopy things on the top? Two squared off ones on the blocky side (facing the casino and stadium) and one rounded one (upper left) as you look at the curvy side over the bridge ramp.

And I'm still not sure what to think of the inner courtyard area but it is interesting.

Ugh, not sure I like those glass-enclosed balconies on the inside. Fortunately they really visible sides of this building look great with all those curves.

Looking at the aerial photo, it would be nice if the 14th site was developed by Concord with a 3rd matching tower.

I think the big hole on the curve side could be a hole for double height ceiling. I think that pent-house suite suppose to have two floors.

If you look closely there are LEDs wrapped around the mid point of that corner's concrete floor plates. They are a lot longer than the portion lit up in my photo & are on every floor. A bit of bling for the folks heading north on the Cambie bridge.

I saw the recesses / black lines on each edge, but wasn't sure if there are LEDs in them.

And from McMinsen's pics - it looks like they'll be pretty long and curvey!
Looks like they are focussed on that corner - unless the ones that stop partway are incomplete.

Correct, that One Pacific has no 4,13,14 floors.

The city has already imposed the no floor skipping rule. The Arc building across the street will have all floor numbers.

City of Burnaby imposed this rule a little while ago. The Midori building by Polygon will have no skipped floors.

Sunday is a good day to get some better shots of the ground level and see how it's developing.

I had a real close look at where the grooves were for the LED strips on the rounded corner over the bridge. In the second pic below you can see how they all start at the sharp corner to the right, wrap around the curved corner and then end at varying places (see last pic).

I'm really looking forward to seeing this lit up!
