While it's suburban I was hoping more of Brentwood Village as well. Maybe it's just me but that new proposal looks a bit too much like 1990s Scarborough.
Good to see the Bridges redevelopment getting back on track though! Or I assume from that proposal.

The street interaction of Atlantic Living is actually quite nice, and will extend the pedestrian realm of Inglewood - along with Avli on Atlantic - an entire block to the west. I do agree about Infinity in Marda, at least it's on 34 ave and not 33rd though. It's an expansion of the urban realm and population density there, nonetheless. So I think it'll be good.
Here's the interaction of Atlantic Living... I think the difference in materials and the sectioning of the facade, along with street furniture, will make it a fairly decent pedestrian realm. Not to mention it's bringing over 100 rental units to Inglewood
